The filing fee on civil cases will be $84.50.

Effective Jan 1, 2009

The per page price for copies is $.50 per page.

The total cost for filing any civil case is: $84.50
There is a $25.00 fee for Sheriff's Service of papers (if required) for each party that is to be served.

For those cases that need Service by Publication in the Legal Organ for Cobb County (The Marietta Daily Journal) ; the publication fee must be made payable to the Marietta Daily Journal.

Cost for Divorce using Sheriff Service:
