COBB COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CIVIL COST SHEET

The total cost for filing general civil case shall be $213.50, total cost for divorce filing fee shall be $218.50.  Checks are to be made payable to Cobb County Clerk of Superior Court.  No credit cards, debit cards or travelers checks.

There is a $50.00 fee for the Sheriff’s service (if required) for each party.  This payment is made to the Cobb County Clerk of Superior Court.

The fee for Publication is $80.00.  The Publication fee for Adoptions is $60.

This fee must be paid with a check or money order made payable: The Marietta Daily Journal.  They do not accept cash.

If multiple plaintiffs/defendants in a case, add $8.00 each after first plaintiff/defendant to the initial filing fee.
